Terms and Conditions for Linguolab

Welcome to Linguolab! These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of our products, including digital and physical notebooks, post-it notes, and other stationery items. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and modify product details without prior notice. Prices are exclusive of taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change at any time.

2. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase products under these terms. Payment is due at checkout via the methods available on our website. Orders will not be processed until payment is received. We may refuse or cancel orders due to product unavailability or fraud prevention. Digital items will be sent to your email once payment is processed; delivery may take a few moments.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Before shipment: Contact us at teamlinguolab@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. A full refund will be issued.
  • After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled. See our returns policy below.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Physical products: You may return unused items in original condition within 7 days of receipt. Contact us for return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus original shipping costs.
  • Digital products: All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
  • Exchanges: Not available for wrong size, color, or change of mind. Damaged or defective items can be replaced if in stock, or refunded if not—contact us within 7 days of delivery.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us immediately at teamlinguolab@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a return or replacement at no cost. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. Shipping times and fees vary by location and method, calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

Sharing, selling, altering, distributing, or replicating any Linguolab product is strictly prohibited.
